Identities emerge in two distinct realities: as a conscious, deliberate, intended design, or an unconscious reaction.

When your essence is rightfully recognized as boundless love, limitless pure awareness, life expands exponentially. Intuitively, you cultivate identities deeply rooted in profound empathy, flowing effortlessly across boundaries of human, creature and the very rivers, winds and mountains.

Compelled by a need to engage authentic, deep existence, identities that embrace this knowledge provide the compass for navigation through the binary world's divisive maze. As the very fabric of all life resonates empathetically with each unique reader, these purpose-fitted identities embody conscious consideration of all beings within daily practice.

Nonetheless, we house a persistent veil of subconscious programming – so prevalent in everyone - that orchestrates reactive personalities unperceived to our ego-mind's focus. These reactive identities materialize via defence mechanisms, triggered out of subliminal fear of reliving repressed sensations or simply avoiding discomfort.

Our self-aware essence has an official definition: It is that state of mental existence, existing not within us [nor outside], born from its universal presence alone - self-awareness, pure presence.

If this essence flees reality's wholeness to grasp onto specifics [identities and ego centres], we involuntarily shift from genuine self-awareness and land within the confusion that materializes from false focal points. Our consciousness, mistakenly bound by endless notions, wills into a state of 'confused awareness'. Traits emerging in confused awareness unveil narcissistic tendencies alongside insensitivity towards other beings. Our default mode of existence is essentially self-focused reflection.

Many unconsciously slip into mindless repetitive cycles - thinking of, indulging into things external with complete identification - rather than residing within the vast, endless ocean of silent, self-aware Being that lives through our chest.

Life occurs beyond the 5-sense-existence. As I see or touch something external, object or being, this feeling of separation makes its appearance every time our focus moves away from reality's one consciousness. Each time this focal-shifting occurs, a story is materialized: I hate this ...love that...this person bothers me... I want them gone...

To break free from this pattern and come-back ‘home’, disciplined cultivation of self-awareness followed by empathetic, compassion-based ways of thinking and being are necessarily undertaken: witnessing without judgment.

This pilgrimage requires one to acknowledge any thoughtless pain they may have enacted upon fellow human beings, no matter if direct or indirect.

Understanding conscious and unconscious identity orchestration can seem arduous, but indeed marks the nascent phase of a deeply spiritual voyage - psycho-integrative and deliberate 'pilgrim's path'.

In essence, our 'original nature' requires reversion to purity beyond all patterns or story lines, returning to existence stripped of identification with the world's contents i.e. - ego-vehicles and avatars.

At inception the path might appear daunting like threading labyrinthic paths. Each decision, action and even energy exert causes reverberations, potentially echoing until all thoughts are pure awareness and emotions cease except compassion.

Herein lies authentic birth and re-ascension into fully sovereign human consciousness beyond reactive patterns shaping and governing us for so long; where even an iota of ego still contaminates our view each thought reviewed inwardly.

Self-aware beings live by love of the unseen as Sufi mentions - for true insight arises from deep perception and the knowledge which contains both compassion AND discrimination power (if it lacks either, it becomes either useless or overly severe).

Our natural state transcends our daily circumstances of pleasure OR pain while in each still acting compassionately. On the higher road, the 'good or bad' judgment cycle ends, while on other life paths judgment reigns and emotions swing wildly based on likes or dislikes regarding worldly experiences.

If the reader takes heed: may they be guided gracefully out of the chalice realm's play and back to the deep ocean of pure presence.
